What’s on the tracker

  • Daily page: date, focus and break length, top 3 for today, a task list with four Pomodoro circles per task, break ideas and a “deal with later” list for distractions.
  • Weekly page: one row per day with 12 circles to colour, a weekly goal and a total.

How to use it

  1. Each morning, write your top 3 tasks and estimate how many Pomodoros each will take.
  2. Start a 25-minute timer — a physical timer or our free online Pomodoro timer — and work on one task only.
  3. When the timer rings, colour a circle and take a 5-minute break. After four Pomodoros, take a longer break.
  4. At the end of the week, add up your sessions on the weekly page.
